Don't close our Del Obispo Elementary School !!!
I used to go to Del Obispo and it prepared me to tackle middle and high school. I got amazing grades thanks to the teachers and their ways of teaching. My sister is currently attending that school and if it closes we will forced to move to a high school that I dislike.

If del Obispo Elementary school closes, I won't to be able to drive my daughter since she goes walking to school because my others two kids are going farther away to another school.
Please take into consideration my petition. Thank you !

So much good work and teaching going on. To disrupt the learning of these children would be horrible. Saving the school will be honoring the good work going on every day!!!!. Think of the damage disruption causes children ages 5 - 14. Building relationships is very important to the development of our children.

The concept of a walking distance community neighbor elementary school was and continues to be one of the primary reasons that parents purchase homes in Orange County neighborhoods. Parents and children have deeply rooted connections to their elementary schools. We are asking you to reconsider your decision to close Del Obispo School.

I am the maintenance/property
director for a private school in
Northern Ca., grades pre-kindergarten thru the 5th grade. Providing a safe environment and a sense of community for All children
to develop within should be our priority. I was fortunate to have had
that in my life and I'm better off for
it. I wish the same for all the kids at
Del Obispo Elementary School.
After all, school is part of an extended family.

My daughters open Del Obispo one as a Kindergardner and the other as a first grader. It would be ashame to see this school closed and force the kids that live close by have to be driven to RH Henry school in D.P. Please consider the children
who need this school not like the ones who are more fortunate that are able to pay for a private eductaion.

I am very concerned and worried about the possible closure of Del Obispo Elementary School. All the hundreds of children in our neighborhood who depend on having a quality educational facility like Del Obispo Elementary within walking distance of their homes, who don't have the means unfortunately to be given a ride to and from school every day, will be the losers if Del Obispo Elementary School is closed. The have not's have sacrificed way more than their fair share already, let's not ask them to sacrifice any more!

This school needs to remain as is!!! Have been here since 1978. Why is there a need for hurting the already stable families in our area for some political crap!!!
