Disney Cruise Line's New Carry On Alcohol Policy - Remove the policy or add liquor and grandfather in PIF customers! #DCLprohibitiongate2015

Changes made after I'm PIF....... Unfair and not what I expected from DCL

Wishing Disney would reconsider this policy since this was one thing that kept us coming back. Not fair that this was released after we were PIF and ready to sail.

As one of those who has already pig, I am very discouraged by the change. I will have to cancel planned excursions in order to have money for alcohol now. I budget every trip to a tee, and this has really screwed things up for my very first Disney Cruise in which I have been planning for 2 years now!

Where's the consideration for the length of the cruise? Was the policy abused? Cmon Disney - stand tall and go back to the old policy.

While I understand the change in policy, it seems particularly unfair to those who prefer cider or hard liquor to wine/beer. Perhaps 6 cider or a mickey of spirits may be a more palatable policy for consumers. In addition, for longer cruises with limited ports (like transatlantic), perhaps a more liberal policy could apply as well (a larger allowance on embarkation/each port). I don't think this policy change was particularly well thought out.

This is a stupid new rule. I have done 66 cruises and this is a slap in the face. Change it back to the way it was. You make enough money on the overcharged rooms!!!!!

we pay enough for the cruise so we should be allowed to bring our own liquor. You know people will just drink it in their room. because they are too lazy to go up and down for a drink and STILL order from the bars. It is stupid to ban liquor. I am appauld after 67 cruises that you did this!!!

This policy should apply to a new season not mid-season.

Disappointed by this change in policy and i do not feel the new policy reflects the wishes of the many . Hope they will reconsider.

changing your policies AFTER my family has booked a 30 person trip with extra rooms... Rude. Over priced cruise as it is... I hope we cancel our trip because I never liked Disney anyway. Ps. Mickey Mouse is an asshole.

Your changes seem to be only financially motivated. I get it on a 3 or 4 night cruise. But our shortest Disney Cruise was 7 nights. And we usually do the longer ones. We are doing the WBTA next month .

Grandfather in paid for patrons, Oct. Cruises!

Disney cruise line is ABOVE the rest not equal or less!

Ideally, the alcohol policy should be changed back to what it was. At minimum Disney should grandfather in cruises that were booked prior to the change.

It's my first time being on the open sea, and my family suggested to go with Disney,and also spoke of all the perks that you get..... Well your taking away one of the perks I like best...Please change it back save that no liquor for after the holidays....

Bringing our own alcohol on the ship saves my family lots of money. The drinks on the ship are very expensive.

Let us bring our own alcohol!!!!

Please go back to your prior policy.

Policy should allow limited amount of spirits for those of us who do not or can not drink beer, wine or champagne.
