Disney Cruise Line's New Carry On Alcohol Policy - Remove the policy or add liquor and grandfather in PIF customers! #DCLprohibitiongate2015

I'm ok with limits, but we don't all drink wine and beer

This was one of the ways we justified the extra expense of a DCL cruise. Now it will be much harder to justify.

Keep Disney Cruises a step above all the rest, it makes the cruise worth the extra cost!

Disney has lost my respect on the handling of this. It should have been effective with a date later than those PIF, so they would have the option to cancel without financial loss. You have me this time DCL, but you won't have me again! (Also "coincidentally", official notice via email came on the day our sailing went from lose your deposit, to lose 50% of cruise fare if you cancel)

Spending over$30,000 on this cruise and not happy about loosing this perk. Last Disney will see me. If there was a 6 month notice that would have been fair!!!

This policy change affects many, and the higher cost of cruising with Disney will affect who cruises. While the Disney name is and always will be a draw, the cost increase is not worth the name.

Why change a policy which has been working for years?

I do not drink beer, wine or champagne. This policy change is VERY upsetting. My husband are looking into cruising with other lines because of the change.

Please add liquor to the allowance- half or quarter litre even would be great! And honour the paid in full peeps please!!

We have a cruise booked for January that was booked with the previous policy in place. This has been a major selling point for sailing with Disney over other cruise lines even though Disney is typically more. We are very disappointed and looking at cancelling and booking on another cruise line unless this changes back. If Dinsey wants to be a "standard in the industry" cruise line, then they have succeeded. Congrats! You're in the same company with Carnival.

Please reconsider your decision and think about your passengers.

One of the main raeasons we do disney cruises is we like to bring are own alcohol for the price of the cruise it was a nice perk to help justify the price and set disney apart from the many other cruise lines

Platinum member very unhappy about new policy

We have been on 10 cruises with Disney Cruise linewe want to take our family on a cruise next year but this alcohol policy is turning this off so were you thinking of looking into Royal Caribbeanthat's what we want to do is $3000 cheaper than Disney I can spend that money on anything including my alcohol so if that's going to be the case you just lost the families on Disney Cruise line

due to the new alcohol policy we are reconsidering our cruise booking for January 2016 on the Disney wonder.

I liked the old policy because the ship does not stock the brand my husband likes. He also liked the convenience of not having to leave our family and go to a bar to get a drink.

I feel it is unfair to change policies for people who have already booked their cruise. The Disney cruise is significantly more expensive than other cruises but one of the main reasons we choose it was because we would be allowed to bring our own alcohol.

Very disappointed in the new alcohol policy, we don't drink much but it was nice to be able to take it with us. Considering it was a selling point to get others to try Disney , since the prices are so much higher then another companies
