So many people want to play tennis but it is very difficult to book courts, the surface is terrible and no lights mean you can't play past 4.00 in the winter. It's just very short sighted of the council.

The park needs more courts, better surface (at the moment its super dangerous as some wholes or roots you can twist your ankle). An example would be hurlingham park surface. It could be financed by higher rent in future. Bishops park charges 5pounds extra for floodlights.

This park is a hub for physical activity and upgrading the courts would only serve for a more active, happier community

I would live to see the courts's surface improved in particular, it is not flat, and very damaged by tree roots and moss.

With GB about to win the Davis Cup -floodlit courts at Eelbrook Common are essential to cope with the surge of those inspired to take up tennis!

Floodlights are an absolute must if this is to be a year round court for all.

These tennis courts are in a great location and a lot of people in the neighbourhood use them. It is a shame to be so limited in playing time during autumn and winter - floodlights would add value to this local asset.

Having floodlights for winter months sounds quite basic to me
