Colorado "IN GOD WE TRUST" Group Special License Plate Signature Petition
Celebrate, endorse, and promote this initiative by signing our Colorado "In God We Trust" License Plate Petition!
After 2 1/2-years and two Colorado State Legislative Sessions, a new Special Group License Plate featuring the bipartisan and Congressionally approved National Motto, an "In God We Trust“ License Plate is now Centennial State Law. Following a challenging struggle in the Colorado House & Senate, SB23-025 was finally passed & signed by Governor Polis. We’re the 25th State to enact such legislation and the only one with the authorized official trademarked branding centered in the design.
Our original goal was 3,500 signatures. We now seek more signatures to surpass that number and as a show of solidarity & strong support for "In God We Trust“ as our National Motto. By signing you indicate your belief in the message and having a choice. There’s no cost & no obligation to purchase the plate. It’s available from Colorado’s Division of Motor Vehicles. Please sign the secure ipetition. Then spread the word to colleagues, friends, family, neighbors, any Colorado Resident whose vehicle or motorcycle is registered in this State.

Seeing this movement grow reminds me of the long road we traveled to get our national motto on the road here. It is genuinely moving to see so many neighbors agree that we deserve this choice on our vehicles.

Seeing the growth of this movement reminds me why I fought so hard in the Capitol to get this legislation passed. I have been reading through the feedback from residents across the state and your commitment to this motto is truly inspiring. Im so happy about this. it lets us show our faith while driving and I just love that.
LONG OVERDUE. we should have had this option years ago. glad the governor finally got it done.

I wholeheartedly applaud this initiative to honor, openly display, and support our National Motto. I encourage everyone who cares about our Country and the legacy we leave to sign this petition. Special thanks to Colorado State Senator Mark Baisley and Representative Shannon Bird as the Primary Bill Sponsors and driving forces behind this team effort. Kudos to Steve Riecks, our Corporate Graphic Artist, who masterfully brought the final design elements together and remained firm throughout the process to ensure it was approved and manufactured as submitted. Special thanks as well to all those patriots who testified in favor of this license plate in person, in writing, and by video conference. This is an opportunity for every Colorado Resident who owns a vehicle, to take a stand and speak out. I urge you to get the message out on this worthy endeavor to anyone who cares about our children, our future, and generations to come.
