This space is multipurpose and facilitates study time, quiet time away from the overcrowded campus, club meetings, and badly needed review sessions with other students, as well as TAs and IAs. Having a place that is made available specifically for undergraduates within the department promotes a sense of community and belonging for me. At a time when our universities resources are shrinking instead of growing, we students need all the help we can get.

CSB 114 has been a 24/7 open study room to ALL UCSD students for years but has not been publicly advertised. Those in Cogsci Courses as well as CogSci Majors and Minors also have a 24/7 Access code to this door/space with this link:
