University of London (External System). Not under the new regulations. Complete the program within 7 years. You can't re-register to do the same program back then. If you can't manage time well, to sit even as an independent candidate, perhaps you shouldn't practice. Time management is of utmost importance in legal practice. You can always study at night or after work. Find time, or, find excuses. That's your call

Good feedback. in any case, there is no restriction for someone who fail LLB in university and want to reregistered and start all over again, i am sure. There are others who may have difficulties to complete perhaps due to other personal responsibilities who may want to reregister after the lapse of 4 years. we will stretch the requests as far as we can in the petition and they can reconsider.

I agree with half, but not the other half. Highlighting statute books: 1) I can't speak for other law degrees, but my undergraduate programme didn't allow statutes books to be highlighted, (University of London). The rationale being, students can highlight cases based on provisions of statute. And that was the reason for the ban 2) Most law schools have limit. Either complete within certain years. Or amount of tried for a particular year. If you can't pass within 4 years, it's probably a sign from God that you shouldn't practice. Go to MMU melaka

Please dont be ridiculous on the requirements... At the end of the day we have passed our degree and this is just a step on for the foreign graduate to be qualified. Rather than penalised people atleast teach people and to look for materials.

Dear All . Once we reach at least 1000 signatures from students...will print out and deliver a copy to director of CLP , and maybe cc a copy to the AG (to not forget the students in light of all the other more important/exciting changes in the country because the students are the future). We have reached almost 150 signatures as of now , pls encourage fellow students and all oncoming CLP students and current LLB students to sign. Each signature if important and will make a difference. Your participation is important. Thanks

This is to not only ease the examination but to educate, to give positiveness and to encourage sincere & honest lawyers for the betterment of the nation.

If a person pass the paper means that he has a clear understanding of what he've studied. Therefore, he should not resit for whatever he passed in the past
