Besides, I reckons that LPQB board should amend rules to allow student who failed more than one paper to sit for supplementary papers. It is quite unfair for those student who fail 2 subject and as they had no choice but to wait for another year to complete the exam. It should be the student's right to choose whether they want to sit for the supplementary exam, not LPQB board.

I totally agreed! Better if moving forward towards abolishing the CLP exam and come up with new system of training session or compulsory Malaysian Law subject that one need to take during their L.L.B .

Absolutely agree, 100% .. In hopes this suggestions will be looked into and considered AS SOON AS POSSIBLE by the humble Board and.. Hopefully changes happen! It's by time now, at least consider allowing candidates to highlight their statue and to allow statue books in for all papers.. Give us that at least, considering how close exams are. Hear us out take our plea into consideration.

Legal education must inculcate quality and values in individuals who pursue legal studies. Examinations ought not be merely to test the academic potentials on memory or skills, but must ensure individuals with strong passion and ability to serve justice, be given an opportunity to pursue their dreams to acquire CLP.This will promote more noble intelligent individuals to promote justice for betterment of humanity.

Please revamp the system and set a Common Bar course to streamline the requirements for entry into the professional legal world on par with international standards. Only then will we be able to churn out world class graduates. Also, in light of so many changes and pending amendments to our law, please postpone the exam date to at least August or September! We will appreciate it....

Yes please, there are too many statutes to memorise on top of the case laws. Not to mention that in comparison to other statutes, the CPC in my opinion is very disorganised with various statutes for any one offence spread out in different provisions in different pages. Highlighting would be very helpful to resolve this.
