I totally agree. The noise for hours, , the clouds of air pollution, the amount of leaves they generate on your lawn because they don’t want to use the old fashion rake is unbearable. Our peace and quiet gone for those of us specially who work from home.

I live across apartment buildings and numerous gardeners are constantly using these leaf blowers on most days of the week and Saturday. I get no peace from their noise.

We are home during the day and we cannot sit outside to enjoy our garden. The noise is non-stop, even Saturdays and Sundays.

Nothing against hardworking landscape crews, but would like to see something that reduces the noise and dust levels in our lovely neighborhoods. Maybe an outright ban on these devices is needed?

There needs to be some kind of regulation. When and for how long, what range of decibel acceptability. I don't know if absolute ban is the right thing. Someone mentioned electric blowers are less invasive. But it IS an issue that needs addressing in our city.

Please stop these blowers. These are not gardeners. They just blow leaves and dust from one side to another. The City of Coral Gables need to require Gardners to put all raked leaves in bags. Please don’t get me started.

The change from gas-powered to electric landscape equipment has been long overdue. Please extend this petition to all equipment (not just leaf blowers).

PLease do something i'm across from the Carver school and every morning they blow (trash too!) across to our property, we've tried to say something to no avail....agree buy a broom and rake...noise/air pollution...and very bad for the birds/insects

We can get this done together with the right leadership! Bring Back the RAKE & BROOM. We need to be more sophisticated concerning the growth and protection of our City.
