Please consider this concern, especially during this time of COVID when it is very clear that the amount of dust etc that is created while these blowers are in use it is of concern as it has still not definitively been determined how long the virus may linger on surfaces or in the air.

Not only are they a nuisance, they are a health hazard, especially for the users, who probably do not count on health insurance and access to medical services.
