2cycle gas leaf blowers are a scourge on society and unnecessary- screeching noise, air pollution, environmental degradation. As such, they serve no valid purpose and must be banned!

finally! the gables tried banning leaf-blowers before. hopefully it will work this time. we need to get a lot of people to sign. the city beautiful but never a quiet minute. (multiple dirt-blowing machines are running on our street as i'm writing this. caustic.)

Long overdue,
OR: schedule leaf blowers to specific days for specific areas so one does not need to tolerate the pollution from leaf blowers near by one's property every day.

Leaf blowers should be banned due to all the various important reasons listed in this proposal as well as the damage the use of blowers does to our properties and vehicles. For example: my window was broken recently by a neighbor's gardener's leaf blower blowing a rock into a 98 year old window pane. I have yet to find a person who can replace the pane...
Wash your car, wash your windows?
Pressure clean your home? What for?? in a matter of days a leaf blower undoes all that, regularly.
