Licence plates in Utah aren't very cool, I'd definitely get a black one.

I would love this plate. The current 'retro' plate isn't attractive and just doesn't look good. Even the current standard Utah Ski plate looks worse than the old Ski Utah plates. Please bring back this 'legacy' plate! Options are great for everyone!
