They are going to need to do two black plates, one for newer vehicles and one for the 30yrs and older "Vintage Vehicles" tag we already have, that exempt you from emissions and safety.

I imagine every vehicle enthusiast in Utah will want one!
But I'm foreseeing a problem.. those people who DO have antique vehicles, 30yrs and older, have to run that special Vintage Plate to exempt them from emissions.
Are they also going to issue a Black Vintage Vehicle plate, along with the Black Plate for newer vehicles?
Or are those Vintage Vehicle people going to have to choose, no emissions, or cool black plate?
