A huge part in people actually caring about this neighborhood, because for awhile rock 'n roll carried it forward.

Billy was a force of nature. He brought so much amazing and wonderful energy to this area and I strongly feel he should be given this honor. He was instrumental in putting Central Square on the musical map.

I support the cause of manic depression and discovering ways to harness the beautiful energy of mania.

Billy was an ambassador. I wouldn't be where I am at musically if not for him.

Billy booked some of my first gigs. Loved it when he jumped up on stage during a favorite song, throw his arm around my neck and sing along!

Thank you for the hugs, teaching me about Country and Western music, and for the cabs. A loving and generous spirit!

Yes, definitely do this in remembrance of him! So many shows at the Middle East Café and TT The Bear’s Place, so much time just a spending in Central Square, can not think of a better square investment.

Excellent idea! Billy was an integral part of the Cambridge (and Boston) rock scene. He was wonderful too. Worthy of a dedicated square!
