Billy was the unofficial Mayor of Central Square and should be recognized! He is godhead, the reason ppl started thinking of Central Square as thee coolest place for diverse music which will persist long after he's been gone. Give the man his due. Signed with enthusiasm, Darcey

Billy was a huge supporter of music and the arts. He first booked live music at the Middle East and Green Street Grill. He financed recordings and tours of many local musicians. And his dancing style was something to behold. He was amazing.
