Thank you for taking the time to hear our voices and our concerns. Capping the ratio at a true max 25-1 is vital to ensure quality education of our youth as well as retention of quality educators.

Keeping class at 25 for grades TK-3 is mandatory if teachers are to deliver the curriculum and meet the diverse needs of our students.

You can't save money by skimping on a child's future! The cost of a missed education far outweighs the cost of am additional teacher salary per year!

This is a critical period in a kids educational journey and they deserve to have attention from the teacher. We need to cap at 25:1 per class and move towards 20:1.

I support the TK-3 class size to be maintained at not more than 25 pupils

I can't believe there aren't already 1,000 signatures on this petition. Class sizes should be honored and excuses from admins should not be tolerated. The education of the kids is far more important than any excuse being given for the class size ratio being violated.

Keep the TK-3 25:1 for quality education.

To quote the BRSSD website: "Belmont-Redwood Shores is an outstanding community and school district. We have excellent schools thanks to a professional staff that is committed to improvement, an incredibly supportive community, and a Board of Trustees that focuses on the success of all students." How is having 27 students in a single class focusing on the success of all students?

25 is already too many to teach with effective best practices and small group differentiated instruction

I have seen firsthand how class sizes impact learning and it's an additional stress on the teachers.

25 are already too many students per class. With these many students per class, teachers can't provide the necessary education, especially if attention is required to address behavior issues and special needs kids without an aid.

As a teacher, I know the impact on the quality of instruction related to class size. Keep the 25 cap.

Much too large of classroom for children to receive a quality education with one on one instruction. Teachers cannot give quality attention with such large classroom numbers.

Class size makes a huge difference in the quality of education each child receives.

As a teacher in BRSSD for 44 years I know the benefits of having smaller class sizes in elementary school. 25:1 is already too high!
