Oak Ridge is amazingly lucky to have a principal as caring, involved, and driven as Mr. Burke. Any bad deed in question would never match up to the countless amount of positivity that Mr. Burke has brought to Oak Ridge and all of its students.

Burke needs to stay. Seeing the changes he has made in a short 3 years makes me wonder what he could do to this school if he had more time here. School was enjoyable because Burke made sure every student felt welcome and connected. The entire Oak Ridge administration, including Paul Burke, pushed me to be the best I could be. I, like other alum have said, feel as if I am often the most prepared student in my higher level college courses. Oak Ridge did an amazing job preparing me for life after high school and I think the best chance for this school to continue to succeed, and push it's students toward success, is under the administration of Paul Burke.

Paul Burke is the type of principal that i want for my son st Oak Ridge. He sets a professional standard with high goals for the school, staff, teachers and students. He cares about the students and strives to be the role model they deserve. Re-instate Paul Burke immediately as principal of Oak Ridge.

Thru 2.5 yrs of working with Paul, I have seen him interact with thousands of students and parents, knowing them by name, treating them with the utmost respect. At all times he operates with the best interest of the students in mind. He brings energy, creativity and a high standard to all he does. Without reservation, I give Paul my full support and implore the EDUHSD Board of Trustees reinstate Paul immediately.

My name is Connor Davis, and I played baseball and basketball at oak ridge all four years. Going into my junior year, I heard we were having a new principle... It was exciting to all students. Soon it would be known that Mr. Burke was going to make a tremendous change in our school and community. I thank him for making my junior and senior years, years I'll never forget. Paul Burke is the best thing that has happened to Oak Ridge since my kids started going there in 2005. He is an incredible person who has made a huge difference in so many lives at ORHS.
