I know Paul personally and can attest to his character and integrity. Any accusation that could lead to this type of action is false.

Although I've only had interactions with Mr. Burke socially, I've seen how he interacts with the students at ORHS and have heard so many positive stories about his impact on the school and his effort to KNOW the students. He is a large part of why I have chosen to have my son go to ORHS in fall of 2017 versus a private school near my office. I would hate to see him go and would love my son to have a positive high school experience with a great leader.

Both my Senior & Freshman have had interactions with Paul Burke and they have each said, separately, that his impact on them is motiving and they always walk away filled with enthusiasm. Not only is Oak Ridge HS lucky to have him but so is EDUHSD. As one of my mentor managers once told me "When you get into management make sure you hire people stronger then you as they will be innovative and determined to help carry the project/task/business forward, even faster then you expect." The District Board Members should consider themselves lucky that he brings all of these traits, plus many more, not only to the EDH community, our school, and also provides our district recognition.
The parents and students of Oak Ridge HS have high expectations of their education and demand the same of their school administration/teachers. Paul Burke has the same expectations through perseverance and encouragement, ideals that come naturally to him. He is an incredible person and mentor to those who work or attend ORHS.

Our interactions with Mr. Burke have always been friendly, positive and supportive. I can't imagine what he could have done to deserve the treatment he has received. He has been a good role model for my sophomore student and I appreciate the positive changes he has made at OR. Without knowing what the issues are - we totally support Mr. Burke!!

I have know Paul Burke for two years both as an administrator and socially. As a retired school administrator, I have worked with principals in a district that is four times the size of our elementary and high school districts. In my 35 years of experience I have reparely meet a principal with such enthusiastic support of his students. It s really all about student success and high standards for all.

I have known Paul Burke for 2 years and he has always displayed the utmost in character and moral conviction. I have two children that will be entering Oak Ridge in the years ahead and my sincere hope is that Paul Burke will be the Principal that they already respect and admire.

Nothing but good things to say about our experiences with Paul Burke as a principal at Oak Ridge.
Happy to sign this and curious to get more information about what is going on.

My wife and I fully support Paul Burke. Our Sophomore at Oak Ridge has nothing but positive things to say about Paul as a person, principal, and positive roll model. Any school district would be lucky to have a true asset like Paul on their staff.

Oak Ridge C/O 2013 here, never got to go to school under Burke but heard nothing but good things from his students. My support isn't 100% genuine, we still need to know what the heck he did to get in this hot water. But the community at least deserves a dialogue about it rather than the district staying silent.
Bring back our Principal!!! We love Burke!
