This will not be our contract, but I signed it anyways. We will get a decent contract.

Corporate greed over employee safety. Brilliant!!!! As if we don't live by our phones anyways. Now they don't want to pay you for it? Hmmm. NO!!!

This agreement I'd not in the best interest of any railroad worker.

The company is already mistreating and harassing the employees and now is the time we must stand firm and fight back or we could lose everything

How about a 401k that's equivalent to management's 401k.

This is crap was there any negotiations or as it seems with everything else we just need bend over and take it. Do we really have a union for its members or are we paying dues for management?

This agreement shows the actions of selfish and the non "courage to care" for my fellows brothers and sisters on this railroad. No only do I vote no but..... Well you get the picture

Deny this crap. If is an agreement it's just that they can tke away and add what they want, but if you call it a contact hold them to it legally like creditors do you. Let the upper union reps know we stand together with them or without them. Take out the ones that don't represent the majority

I vehemently disagree with the proposed changes and feel this would put a lot of people out of work and create a hostile qnd dangerous work environment.

Everything stated is being pushed by the carrier. The idea is to let the upper union echelon know that to even consider these proposals would be working against the membership.

Sounds like the BLE is trying to screw their members. Also don't think that the UTU is going to agree to anymore flowback bs than is already in place.

If we are obligated to pay our monthly dues the unions should be obligated to represent us to the fullest. It's simple math, we pay you-prove your worth...
