You all are flipping idiots if you think any of this is true. Whoever posted this and is spreading false information is also a person that will vote for Trump thinking he will help workers. Each of you need to get with your Local Chairman and ask which if any of this is correct! This isn't even anything from the Contract in which you are referring to. The 5% of this crap is true and it is a regional agreement that hasn't even been put out yet. Again get the correct information for your Local Chairman not the yard office Local Chairman.

This is a bad deal for every agreement worker that works for the Union Pacific TE&Y. I don't understand why the ble would agree to something like this. I say we all organize a strike if this happens.

This petition's claims are far from factual. All of the above points stem from the UP Southern Region , BLET hub agreement proposal. Even then they are great from correct. Be careful of misinformation anonymous sources.

No, company is earning quarterly profits over and over again. We deserve better. What happened we are a valuable asset to companey. If union signs contract,maybe we as members should file a class action lawsuit for misrepresentation against union. Iam tiered of getting f#×ked on both ends.
