My two daughters are studying in BIS HCMC. Regarding Corona pandemic, I strongly request for 30% discount in fees paid for the 2019/20 academic year.

The COVID-19 pandemic, needless to say, has brought a lot of us to our knees. Those left standing, or unscathed, have an ethical, and legalistic responsibility, even, to help those in need during these unprecedented times. My children are in their 11th year at BIS. The former longer term reduction of 10% after 3 years, was removed the year we qualified. Fees are raised annually 5-10%, average about 8%. This is the only industry who can do such. Now since Tet the service is gone. The facility not in use, “gifting” an IGCSE to me eldest & a few boxes of crafts along with a daily video for my youngest. Totally inferior fee for 4.5 months of no school! You must see this. You must refund.

Ethically, BIS needs to react to the parents' appeal.
In the case that parents pay by month or by term? what will BIS do then?
While we appreciate that our children can continue learning online, We cannot equate e-learning to the services which we agreed to pay for.
There is no one spared from the impact of Covid and we are all hit hard. It will not be ethically right for Parents to be the only ones who bear the consequences of Covid 19 in all its entirety.
