Been across the street for 27 years...........beautiful Oaks, Hawks and other wildlife. Historic property, Indian Mound, Rice Plantation, and views of the Ashley. Now it will be noise (nail guns, loud speaking and radio, trucks backing up and more). Traffic will be an additional headache.............hope I can get out of my driveway.............and I think you can forget Ashley Hall Road, Orange Grove Road, and Raoul Wallenberg Blvd with additional cars and the cut thru and local traffic. Entrances on Ashley Hall Plantation Road: If Ashley Harbor can live with one, then they should as well. No separate entrances with lights in my living room-bedroom. Went to City Council last week, error in posting of notice, have to go again in May. Check sign for date. Its all about the MONEY.

it is a shame that we have to "develop" every inch of land! why i saw a fawn, baby deer, just the other day! i wonder what will happen to them? now we know how the native Americans felt when dealing with THE WHITE MAN!

I am glad I have my memories of Ashley Hall Plantation. I hope it can be saved from development.

Instead of single homes, why not reconstruct the original home that was burned in 1865. The State of South Carolina should preserve these grounds as a historical site. There are plenty of other sites to build homes on. Please do not destroy everything in our southern heritage.

this is awful, a total sell out and traffic is already bad. Also more houses means less land to soak up water...so flooding.

What about the excessive traffic on the residential roads. Each "unit" will probably have at least 2 or more cars. What if all these cars plus original residents have to exit the area due to an emergency.

I wish we could turn this into a beautiful park or something beneficial for the community instead of using it for development.

This is a terrible idea. Such a beautiful quiet area.

This area is too beautiful to destroy. My husband and I would take walks to go by the area every night. Why can't we make this in to a beautiful park
