The sheer number of houses in such a small space is rediculous. The historical structure must stay. I like the idea of a park but you have to have parking otherwise people will park in others' yards

Not only is West Ashley at max capacity with development and traffic, the lack of respect for historical sites is appalling. Enough is enough!

Ashley Hall is an archeological treasure. It needs to be set aside and not developed. The Reginald property was 1000 acres. Our history as a state is in the soil. Don't let it be destroyed.

I live off Orange Grove Rd and the traffic is already bad. I don't think the infrastructure will support 65 more homes.

The beauty of West Ashley, aside from its marshes, are the thousands of old Oak trees that have been preserved over the years. Residents who live off Hwy 61, not to mention the thousands of residents from the Summerville/ Ridgeville area who must travel 61 to get to work, do not need or want more homes built off 61. It's already a parking lot in the mornings, and now even on weekends! We say NO to building in the area of, around or on Ashley Hall Plantation.

Please save this historic property from development. Building the proposed neighborhood would be a travesty. This property has already been deemed as historic on the national register. It is located on the Ashley River View Corridor and should be coveted and protected for future generations to experience the beauty and rich history that is part of this nation's heritage. If anything it should become a park and not a place where people should reside at or or any type of commercial or industrial business. Please reconsider what is proposed and withdraw this plan.

We need to look at the background of Rodney Williams, our elected rep for chas city council, to make sure he is not an investor in this scheme and looking to turn a profit at our expense.

This is so inconsistent with an already overdeveloped area. EW already have traffic and drainage issues. This will help neither. The only reason this is being annexed is because the County doesn't have a cluster zoning category. If our city administration really wants to revitalize this area, this is not how to start.
