Proposed 61 clustered homes on 35' lots with area in the rear of each of being a covered shed for one, will equal 122 parking spaces if you don't include visitors, family and parking for using the park and proposed community dock , their cars will spill over and will be parked on our streets at all times. I prefer not to see cars park in front of my residence at all times. DO NOT ALLOW THIS PROJECT TO RUIN OUR HOMES!!! Living with 35' lots will be much worse than apartments.

It is of vital importance to have respect for and be caretakers of the history and nature that has been entrusted to us, to ensure its preservation for future generations. The damage that would be done by paving it can never be undone.
