This is not want the late Mrs Seignious wanted ,and she had talked about an easement with mayor Joe Riley . I find it preposterous to be going ahead with this ,without the necessary infra-structure

Stop the development until we have the infrastructure to support the development we have.

Preservation, protection, livability...this proposed development does none of the above. We need smart decisions. Building a more upscale community like Ashley Harbor will be a boost to West Ashley real estate. Not everyone wants to live in Mt Pleasant but we lack new executive homes in area 11. For many reasons, building homes similar to Ashley Harbor would be a smart decision.

My husband and I bought our home on Ashley hall plantation rd in July. We love across the street from the plantation. It was a huge investment and not one at would have made if we had known this development was in the works. It's devastating that our home's value may decrease and that strangers may park on our street to use the park. Please don't develop this land to this proposed degree.

Please stop this development as planned. It is out of character to the surrounding neighborhoods. Water runoff was a problem during hurricane Matthew. Water pored through the brick fence into the area where Portside Way and Seignious drive meet. The retention pond is inadequate.

There are too many flaws with this project. Historical propert is going to be parceled out and destroy the nature of the area. The traffic is already bad coming down Ashley Hall Plantation Road. Another 60 homes would add another 100-140 cars n and out each day. A park is planned with no parking. Where will people park? On lawns? This will promote the chances of a child being injured or killed crossing the roads. Water run off is a problem in Shadiwmoss and it has the potential to be a problem here. Please look at this carefully. The citizens in the area are depending on you to do the right thing!

The homes are too close together. Development should look like the neighborhood.

only plan and build with comparable size lots and homes as the neighborhood
