Stop the development of Ashley Hall Plantation Cluster Development. It's historical, for heavens sake. Protect West Ashley.

I live in Ashley Hall Plantation! My house sits on the corner of Ashley Hall plantation road and Sandcroft drive my driveway is on Ashley Hall Plantation Road! This will be a traffic nightmare! 60 homes double that in cars this neighborhood as well as surrounding roads will be a traffic nightmare! We already have to deal with people cutting through that do not live in this neighborhood! We have lived in this neighborhood for over twenty years! I think sixty homes is going overboard! The state officials wouldn't want this in their neighborhood! My husband before we bought this home rented the Plantation house it is a beautiful piece of property and to slap sixty homes on it will take away it's beauty! Less homes on more acreage makes more since to complement the neighborhood and preserve the beauty of the Plantation. Thanks Melissa Roberts

This plantation was left to my father upon the death of Rosemarie Seigneous and her brother contested the will just to get ahold of this land. My family would have done everything to keep this from happening.

One of a few places we can glimpse into the past and its beauty and charm. Please don't develop it.

So little green space is left along the Ashley River. This area cannot withstand more traffic or development. Do what is best for the current residents in this area.

If this proposal goes through, the developers and/or the city should be held responsible for enacting mitigation for the extra auto and pedestrian traffic along Ashley Hall Plantation road -- altered egress timing of traffic light at Hwy 61 & Ashley Hall Plantation road, widening of the current exit path from Ashley Hall to 61 so to allow for 2 lanes of exiting cars turning left & right, adding sidewalk across the marsh area from Arabian to Sandcroft streets, etc. to soften the extra traffic.

Please stop this cluster development. This will create the traffic problems and devalue the homes in our area.

SHAME! SHAME! What is it with our elected officials? I guess bribes (money) beat out our valid concerns for our lifestyles! It is disgusting how more and more development is approved, while our infrastructure remains outdated.

VERY opposed to development of this property at this scale. NOT what we want in our neighborhood. Someone should buy and preserve this historic property.
