Great coach! Assisted 2 of my sisters being ranked in top 10 in America! One achieving #1 in all of the USA!!! Deserves it for his fantastic work!

We never did see eye to eye on the importance of long runs. You were tough on us but knew the right thing to say to get us motivated and inspired. I cherish the sense of team that you instilled in all of us. Thank you for being such a memorable part of my life.

In the 2 years I ran for Arnett, he taught me more than I may learn the entire rest of my life.
He taught me what it meant to succeed. He helped me understand that it's not about being the best, but being my best. He taught me the importance of setting high goals for myself, and then helped me achieve them. He taught me about responsibility and accountability. He taught me the meaning of sacrifice and hard work. He taught me about myself. He helped me realize how strong I am and how much I can accomplish when I really set my mind to it.
I would not be the person, let alone the runner, that I am today, were it not for Arnett.

I still remember his quotes and sayings. He's a great man with a lot of dedication and wisdom. Without him I would have never had the opportunity to be a scholarship athlete in college, THANKS ARNETT!

Coach Arnett coached my brothers and I for at least 18 seasons. He coaches with such passion and inspires his athletes.
