Appeal Against Ruda Plan on Green Field Site in AONB

No more caravans of any kind and NO more bending of the rules. Croyde and its surrounding area do NOT need any more facilities for holiday makers - it is ruining the natural beauty of this area!

People come down and want to have fields not see lodges and caravans like a city. Leave the countryside alone!

This area has struggled with sewage treatment due to the huge influx of holiday populations. I believe this area is up to capacity for holiday population and to exceed the current number would only have an adverse impact.

Croyde can not take any more development,the roads and the sewers can't take it

The area simply can't cope with any more traffic and strain on local services during high season.

This would ruin the natural beauty of this part of the world

Ruda already dwarfs every thing else in Croyde. Traffic would have to come through the village, thus spoiling even more why visitors come here. The site is largely self contained so there is limited gain to other local businesses.

I have lived in croyde my whole life and seen too many green fields destroyed in the pursuit of greed . croyde is a small village and ruda has been allowed to expand unchecked at an alarming rate this has to stop.

Please leave us some green space

Croyde is already bursting at the seams during the the summer months.

We need to retain the remaining green spaces in Croyde, for now and for future generations.
