No more temporary holiday accommodation in croyde. it needs people living in real homes. Aonb must be protected. the roads are full all summer with little sustainable transport options.

Please stop ruining existing villages. Find somewhere new to build and put in the necessary infrastructure from the start.

Croyde has had vast amounts of development in the last 20 years and shows no sign of slowing down. We don’t have the infrastructure to support any more people over the busy summer months. It’s a beautiful village, where do we draw the line before irretrievable damage is done?

This is a green field site in a supposedly protected area of outstanding natural beauty. Please protect it. There is enough traffic going through the tiny village roads and not enough infrastructure to take this apart from the ugliness factor.

When evaluating this planning application I ask the planning officers and inspectors to protect this AONB. As a long-term resident of the village I ask the planning officials to refuse this application which is detrimental to not only our Village but also the surrounding area.
The field in question must remain a green field.

Croyde bay is too busy now and the extra traffic will really bring this beautiful village to a complete standstill in high season and this will impact the local community who will probably just pack up and leave in the summer not keep the village as it is . Ruda park have the lions share already , this is not acceptable to the village and surrounding area.
