Appeal Against Ruda Plan on Green Field Site in AONB

There is too much traffic around Croyde as it is at the moment people want to be able to walk around the area this will make this impossible.

Please, keep this land as it is.

The Ruda complex is already of a more than adequate size for the area. The regimented isles of static caravans is a distraction from the areas spectacular coastline and countryside.

Keep the charm of the village, infrastructure can’t take the additional accomadation.

For its size, the area is already over developed.

This petition needs to be taken notice of

We don't need or want more green land destroyed by development

This planning application should be refused. Tourism is welcome and Ruda play an important role in the community - however more static caravans and rents which are going to destroy and important agricultural and heritage land and should not be allowed. In addition this will place more stress on an already stretched to capacity local environment in terms of traffic, people, light pollution, sewage, water etc etc
