Appeal Against Ruda Plan on Green Field Site in AONB

We can’t take anymore holiday makers in our village- it’s reached capacity!!!

This development means more ugly caravans spoiling the area of outstanding natural beauty and more cars blocking the roads. Please no more

I strongly disapprove of using any green sites for any structure being used on what is, here, agricultural land, unnessary, and done for greed only.

Infrastructure already stretched. Increased traffic on what are already busy roads especially in the summer.

The green belt should remain as a natural boundary from the current park.

Croyde is at breaking point. The traffic jams at Braunton are evidence.

Once it’s gone, it’s gone for ever.

Ruda has enough space without ruining more lovely fields.

Croyde simply cannot handle footfall and traffic during the peak months already, add more onto that and it will kill the village and have an overall negative effect on everything, including Ruda itself.

No more please. The area is too overcrowded and the environment is suffering.

I oppose this application on the grounds stated above. This is inappropriate for an AONB

Ruda is already huge! Enough is enough.

This would be disastrous for the village we have had to move house out of the village due to the year after year increasing problems with traffic & parking if this goes ahead I hate to think of the problems
