Appeal Against Ruda Plan on Green Field Site in AONB

The infrastructure will not be able to cope and the AONB should be respected.

The area does not need any more holiday parks...

We live in Ex33 1Jn which is a beautiful area and the next village on from Croyde the amount of holiday people who visit is phenomenal, which is good for the area but add to that will spoil the beauty for the visitors and the locals which in turn could stop people coming again .

Ruda is already the largest site in Croyde, making it bigger is simply greedy. Croyde already struggles to cope with the volume of visitors it hostes and certainly does not have the infrastructure to support any further development

Please Leave our green fields alone , Wont be happy till we have zero Green fields, just full of Ugly houses that are NOT for the local people, but for people moving out of London; Birmingham; ect;, who have more money than the Local people.

Stop destroying our countryside

This part of the uk needs to be PROTECTED for goodness sake wake up!

This is just ridiculous! It's already chocca on the roads in the summer months. Any more busy and people will stop coming if they just have to sit in a traffic jam all day :(

This is overdevelopment

Ruda is destroying the very thing tourists come to enjoy.. an unspoilt coastline. The caravans will only be used in peak times to profiteer and lie dormant with the rest of the empty properties in off peak times.. AONB sites are legally protected I thought.. Ruda is already like a refugee camp...

This a holiday destination not a holiday resort. Croyde has not got the infrastructure for this.

Moor Lane in Croyde already has a huge amount of traffic using it. The infrastructure of the village cannot cope in school holidays as it is all services are compromised sewers water pressure WIFI power highways. Surely A field should remain a field within an area of outside beauty.

Green areas are part of Croyde’s natural beauty ( AONB ) . This application should not be allowed.

Do not ruin croyde , Ruda has been the size it has very years and years and thousands have enjoyed their holidays as it is .

Please do not allow overdevelopment of agricultural land to destroy the carefully balanced nature of Croyde...it is already almost at maximum capacity of occupants in the summer. The roads infrastructure and beach cannot cope with more holidaymakers. Please don't overstretched the fragile nature of Croyde.

It is about time councils looked after those people who live in and around those areas and not give preference to outsiders, holiday homes and tourists.

They don't need more!
