I oppose this. Small local business in and the AONB needs protection not inappropriate overdevelopment. It is what is special about the area.

We are losing far too many green field sites for planning. We need our farmland to stay as farmland for the production of food.

Please dont allow anymore caravans.The area is beautiful and it would be a shame to lose that lovely green area. Also the traffic in Croyde is already horrendous in the summer without adding 50 + extra cars

Grew up in the area and beautiful spot. Need to protect our fields and areas of nature otherwise soon it’ll all be gone before we realise

Rude is suffocating croyde and the other business offering accommodation. They do not add anything positive to the area and must not be allowed to build on another area of natural beauty!

I was very sad to hear this. Caravans on that field would spoil so much of Croyde’s charm. At the moment you can largely ignor Ruda when walking the coast path.

Ruda the holiday company having more developed land is completely unnecessary, croyde is to small and losing is naturally carm the company dont care for the area at all.

This is an important green space in an area that has already had significant development. Spaces like these make Croyde the unspoilt destination it is.
