To much development of green space and areas AONB. Has to stop.

A cynical attempt at gaining permission (via extremely covert and dodgy means) to turn yet another expansive green field in an AONB into a further developed eyesore, expanding the already huge development of Ruda. The charm that attracts tourists to this part of the world would be ironically eroded further if this type of development was allowed.

This will impact on smaller local businesses and is a lovely area that does not need to be developed

Ruda having more land is completely unnecessary, they are just greedy and are not caring for the area AT ALL!!

Keep Croyde beautiful. You dont need massive companies running the area.

Our village and it’s roads are too small to cope with further expansion of the Ruda site. There is only one access road so all traffic to Ruda has to pass through the village and down a lane which has no pavement in places, and return by the same route. This has a major impact on the village in the summer.

I totally oppose this proposal and the road inferstructure will not be able to cope and there are already massive traffic issues on this road.

Please keep Croyde unspoilt. It’s unique and needs to remain so.

Croyde needs no more green sites to be disturbed. It is a picturesque location and pride of many locals.

Croyde is a village which is getting out of control in the summer with traffic, Ruda is big enough, lodges or caravans will look ugly. Leave this lovely green field alone
