This is a flagrant abuse of previous applications and disregards previous objections of number of units intended.. The area can't cope with the traffic now..

Croyde is beautiful and very special. Do not spoil it. It deserves to keep this green land. That is why people love it. It is not spoilt!! Park Dean are getting greedy.

Green spaces are precious and disappearing rapidly. The roads in Croyde are not built nor safe for all the extra traffic either

Ruda/ park dean are already taking an invasive monoply on the village. This is an inappropriate development not designed to benefit the local residents. Plus the livestock summer on that field

The site is big enough already and already dominates the landscape on that side of the beach. We need to keep the natural beauty of this special place for all to enjoy.

There are enough holiday parks. What about the impact of constantly changing tenants, rubbish, sewage, traffic congestion etc...

Come on guys at ruda. Don’t ruin CROYDE by allowing to many people to stay. The traffic is bad as it is and don’t you dare make it worse.

There's enough income to the area already isn't there? Your adding more accommodation/business but your the only ones gaining the benefits (£) - where is all the money going for all the added distruption and chaos that comes with more tourism? E.g. Mitigation to area of AONB that is being ignored? Incentives for local communities that it affects? There isn't enough space, the quality of the area and the quality of people's holidays and local communities will be greatly degraded. People will not want to holiday/live in th area with the added busyness. Let alone the impact this will have on the AONB, it's a designated AONB for a reason, which is part of the attraction to visit the area. Tourism is so important to the area, but there has to be a point to stop and work with what we've got. This applies for all villages in the area. It may not seem like a big proposal, but if this is allowed many other proposals will be allowed. There should be a balance between lifestyle/business/environment etc... Happy to listen to other side of the argument

Croyde is in an area of AONB. It has seen many changes over the years. Another camp site of this nature would have a very negative affect on the local community and climate. We are all told to cut pollution and change the way we live and do things.. Allowing this site to go ahead will not being doing that. Please do not allow this development to go ahead.

We cannot afford to lose any more valuable agricultural land and green space. We are in a climate emergency and we need to act like it.

Croyde is beautiful and ruda is a big enough campsite. Please don’t let them take any more of croyde’s Natural, beautiful countryside.
