This would be devastating for such a beautiful area. There are already enough caravans in a very small area. Traffic in the summer is a nightmare and will drive out local people

Building on land in beautiful Croyde will spoil the wonderful place

There are already far too many caravans and holiday chalets in Croyde. Green spaces and nature are diminishing resources.

Croyde is still beautiful because it isn’t overrun with caravans and is still unspoilt. Keep it this way!

I have enjoyed croyde for many years ,it would be a shame to let the greed of parkdean spoil this area ,of natural beauty .

Yet again a further area of green belt land comes under attack by a devious attempt by manipulation of planning laws. Croyde is a lovely Devon village that does not need further development for holiday lets on its green fields.

Green field needs to be preserved, we are in desperate need to look after our precious wildlife and not to over populate this area especially due to over populated areas and tourism. Otherwise it will deteriorate eco systems taken 100 of years to develop. Criyde doesn't need more tourists!
Croydon is a small village overwhelmed in tourist season. Please protect this area for future generations not present day profiteering. The noise and increased traffic is is too busy peek season. No more holiday makers please.

Ruda have already changed the face of one of the village to expand onto green belt land would be a violation to the residents, wildlife and beauty of Croyde
