Crowded cannot cope with more people and cars , why should areas of AONB be used for companies to make more money at the expense of the environment

Croyde is already at bursting point the infrastructure in both Croyde and Braunton cannot cope with anymore holiday accommodation.

Please don’t desecrate the countryside of Croyde by filing with more caravans, holiday chalets - and even worse filing the already overfilled road system with yet more traffic! The Emergency services are already overstretched, the transportation system can’t cope and the roads are bursting at the seams - such chaos ! And you want to add to this ?

Ruda is huge already. Croyde & Braunton cannot sustain greater numbers of holiday makers. Why do people visit North Devon? Because of its natural beauty not to see more holiday parks. Expansion is not improvement!

Soon there will be no green fields left in this ever growing village. During the summer season the traffic is already overwhelming for the small roads. Please do not allow another field to disappear, and risk drawing ever more traffic to the area,

Croydon is our favourite holiday place & have been going for the past 10yrs but the beautiful village is already struggling with the volume of traffic at peak holiday times!! Adding more caravans at Ruda will only add to the volume of traffic that the village roads will not be able to accommodate!!

Croyde is too big already. I've watched it grow to far too big a village for too long now, if any more tourist accommodation is built it will expand beyond a reasonable size,the roads won't cope with the traffic and smaller important camping sites will never be able to survive. Please don't allow this to happen.

STOP - think of our beautiful countryside, please visit but let's not build out of all proportion there are enough air bnbs caravans, hotels and B & Bs to go round we don't need more - we will loose our community every summer

The fields around Baggy Point and towards Croyde are looked after really well by farmers.
We don’t want more caravans.
Let’s keep the area for grazing and livestock.

Not only will this Development effect the natural beauty of the area but it will increase the amount of beds in an already saturated area during peak times. How many empty caravans are there outside of the school holidays? Will the roads and facilities be able to cope with the extra people? Seems to me like this will cause further division between locals and tourists.

Preserve the green field around croyde and keep the balance as is, plenty of opportunity for development and expansion within Rudy’s existing site and caravan fields. Improve what they have already to command a greater price as customers will pay if they receive the value.
