I am totally opposed to this development which will completely disrupt the harmony of the area as it currently stands.

This development will not benefit the surrounding residential areas due to its dominating size, which is totally out of keeping with the area.

I am strongly opposed to this planning application.
The monstrous scale of these buildings is not in keeping with the character of the buildings in its immediate proximity.

Have lived on Plantation Wharf for 16 years and whilst I am for the area becoming more residential, these plans are ridiculous.

This is a disgraceful proposal, the scale of these buildings and the effect to the enviroment has not really been taken into account, it should not be approved.

Our services (roads, parking, schools, gps) are overstretched already and not looking at being adapted for the new influx of new residents. The complex is going to be over towering all established buildings and disturbing current residents.

I am a local resident, and feel besieged by the number of recent high-rise planning applications - all of which are ridiculously tall, dense, and not in keeping with the local skyline or character.

The height is out of keeping with the immediate surroundings and the scale should be reduced.

An eyesore. Completely out of keeping with neighbourhood. Much too big and bulky.

This is too much for this area, development is fine even good and the right development will be good for the area. but this is based on developers greed and will not be an improvement to the area. It should be revised to a lower height and density.

Another carbuncle planned without any thought to the impact on the local infrastructure, community or neighbourhood. It'll be full of empty investment apartments
