Calling for the ADS National Board to Cease Divisive Emails

Be humble and think of the common good. After writing an email, do not send it. Wait a day and then proof read it.

Each member in our community should practice what he and she preaches. Our youth, including the board members children, are our future. We all need to be united from the bottom of our hearts/souls, and be true to our brothers and sisters for our ADS to be successful. Remember karma ........

National Board seats and positions are only temporary. Divisive and revengeful actions taken against community members while you're sitting on the board are permanent. Remember that. When one is attacked, we are all attacked. We are tired of the negative aggression that has put us in this dark stage. Everyone needs to stop adding salt to bleeding wounds. Let go of egos & your need to "show them who's boss." Stop trying to prove who is more powerful by increasingly spreading false and derogatory statements against your own kind. Look around you, it has served absolutely no purpose except to SLOWLY KILL the ADS. Choose to lead with pure intentions, not with a vengeance. Choose to forgive, forget, and forge a new future for our youth...or they will have no other choice but to unite and together move forward in a more productive direction. No one can blame them.

Could not be more proud of our youth for their courageous move. The pain inflicted on the society must come to an end.

To person/people who started this petition: Thank you and God bless you. Thank you for your leadership. The actions of the National Board are affecting all of us, the young and the no so young. They are dividing the community, bullying people into silence, and “firing” those who say the truth (such as the CORA). I hope this petition helps put the ADS back on track, leave politics aside because it only brings destruction. United we stand.

Never, have I seen such blatant disregard to the bylaws of the ADS community and obvious hostility towards community members. Who ever is responsible needs to be impeached soon.

I realy think we had enough of this nonsense. Instead of all pulling together as brothers and sisters, we are fighting each other like kids, each one going after there on political agenda. We run away from the trash in our country to find more trash here . Shame, shame on you. What kinda of examples we are sitting for our kids . Stop it and stop it now .

As ADYA National Director, I stand by this petition as one who wants to keep our Druze community united. I refuse to "pick a side" or play the blame game; I simply want to work towards a better future for our people, and that can only be done with respect for each other and transparency of our actions. The Druze youth of America do not want to be involved with politics- we simply want the opportunity to be together. This is only the first step to rebuilding the ADYA, and sequentially the future of the ADS. well put. I am proud of the ADYA leadership and for the step that you took. It is past due time for a correction that puts the ADS back on track to be truly focused on the betterment of the community affairs, and stop the bleeding.. I hope this message is taken to heard by the ADS leadership and the community and it is acted on.

I respectfully ask to stop all emails with negative messages and attacks on any ADS current or previous members and work toward uniting the Druze community.

ADYA are a vital group on our community and their rep on the NB should have the right to be a voting member on the board

For the old Cora team, who knew what safeguarding our brethren meant.

Leaders lead by action and example, respectful interactions are at the core of any organization. Thank you to the youth for realizing we are not living up to our principals and values.

Let us go back on track with this great organization. Enough cheap tactics and back alley politics.
