The university leadership continues to bankroll massive coaching salaries while our faculty struggles to make ends meet and classrooms remain underfunded. I am fed up with these twisted priorities and I am currently working to bring these numbers directly to the attention of the board.

The administration at UNM is clearly feeling the heat now that our momentum is undeniable. This massive surge of support proves that we are done watching them prioritize a basketball coach over the people who actually make this university function.

Ridiculous. My tuition keeps going up every single year but sports gets all the money. Fix this.
The professors deserve so much more than this. It really shows what the school cares about and it isnt education.
nearly a million dollars for a coach while we have crumbling labs and books that cost a fortune. misplaced priorities for real.
JUST INSANE. We are here to get a degree not fund a pro sports fantasy league.

I work for the uni and its honestly insulting to see that kind of money thrown around when departments are being told to slash budgets.
