Partner dancing matters to NYC. If 92 St Y closes these classes and events, it will be a huge loss to New Yorkers and to the Y - many college age, 20 & 30 somethings are into social dancing.

The 92nd street Y has always appeared to be at the forefront of maintaining cultural and artistic expression.. With less and less social dance space being allocated in NYC, what will happen to our dance culture in the future if others follow suit? The Y should continue to be a leader and innovator in preserving social dance as a form of artistic expression!

Dance is wonderful for you body, mind and soul! To allow us to continue to dance at your venue would be contributing to mental, physical and spiritual health! Only good will come out of this for everyone!

I grew up dancing salsa and hustle in the parks of nyc and clubs back in the days I feel they should continue, its great for a good work out and learn how to salsa and hustle sure why not continue the venue here in the city,would be great.
