Samsung it's time to fix Ice Cream Sandwich 4.0+ Camera. The 720p is broken and is causing the cam to jitter when filming videos in outdoor bright light conditions. I am currently running CM10.1 Jelly Bean Rom. with old 4.0+ Camera kernel but we need  a new kernel update to make this problem disappear so our Android phones work properly. Please fix Samsung ASAP, for it's way over due, Thank You for your time.

PLZ FIX THIS!! cant even take a decent video of my kids playing in the sun without the screen flickering like crazy. so annoying.

My s2 is doing the same thing. Every time I record outside it looks like a total mess. Samsung needs to get on this already.
