Samsung it's time to fix Ice Cream Sandwich 4.0+ Camera. The 720p is broken and is causing the cam to jitter when filming videos in outdoor bright light conditions. I am currently running CM10.1 Jelly Bean Rom. with old 4.0+ Camera kernel but we need a new kernel update to make this problem disappear so our Android phones work properly. Please fix Samsung ASAP, for it's way over due, Thank You for your time.
