This is a much needed and valuable project in the area. I live in Williams Creek just north of where the development is planned. I am in favor of this project and wish to see it approved and completed.

I am a home owner within Zone 2 of Meridian Kessler, and strongly feel that this redevelopment can only better what is now overdue in the Broad Ripple area. This section of Meridian Kessler has been in need of innovation and pull from a different demographic for quite some time. I wholeheartedly support this initiative by Milhaus.
