I'm normally a big critic of Milhaus' existing work as a current resident in a downtown apartment. I used to live more in this Broad Ripple neighborhood where the development proposal is. I think it's a fantastic proposal and that Milhaus have earned the right to purchase and develop on this property. I personally would like to see it be a little more urban in nature and less suburban, but I'll take it as is.

Meridian-Kessler resident. This is an exceptionally well-done project: it's market-rate apartments, designed to mesh well with the neighborhood aesthetic and not requiring any public monies. I understand there will be some who oppose anything new on this location -- that's not a feasible position. Milhaus worked hard to listen to the neighborhood's concerns and adjust its proposal to address those concerns. I strongly support this project.

Longtime MK resident, still own a home in the area that we will return to in 3 years. Very supportive of this forward-looking development.

As an MK resident, I am 100% in support of this project. I think Milhaus has been thoughtful in terms of setbacks, scale and aesthestics. The ATT building that is currently there is unattractive; this will be a good addition to the neighborhood. I support the project and MKNA's endorsement.

I am an advocate with the quality of the units and first floor retail and like the unanimous endorsement from the Meridian Kessler Neighborhood Assoc.

The developer has put forth a solid proposal of mostly residential housing. It is appropriately sized, with modern design standards that should blend well with the neighborhood. They also seek no public funding or tax abatement.
