Do not detroy this house and our history!!! I have lived in two 1800's homes in Greenwich. Elizabeth Hoyt and Joshua Lyons on Weaver which I had plaqued. Please save our New England history.

When I first saw this home in 2010, I gave it an "A" on my review sheet. My comments complimented the beautifully restored and beamed tavern room, the play barn, gym and lake with trout. This house is the essence of Greenwich and it would be a disgrace to destroy it.

Such a wonderful landmark home! And with great high ceilings similar to new construction and spacious rooms. It could be renovated further and "modernized" withing w hile keeping the facade.

Being a real estate developer in Greenwich myself, I saved a wonderful house on Milbank Ave. and renovated it with great success.
Hobby Horse Farm should be saved!
The Historical Society should stop this from happening around town!
