Stop selling the town's soul to tacky out-of-town developers.

We can't keep allowing the destruction of the beautiful historic homes in our town. They are part of the charm and charachter of Greenwich's roots. Enough is enough!!!

Lets support saving this house. Too many historical properties are being lost. We have the same issue in Wilton, Ridgefield, Wesport and Weston.

Homes like this one should be in the historical society. That is what our area's charm and heritage were built around. Tearing this down to build a Mc Mansion is disgraceful.

Please save our history and not let it just be a memory of what was here.

Why can't we save these historical homes? Why aren't the towns doing more to hold onto the beauty of the past. This recently happened in my town and I hope we can all work to protect these types of homes in the future.

I hope the city and all those involved do their part to keep this landmark from demolition. You can build new structures anywhere, but you can never replace a demolished historical building.

How disappointing and sad that a 9000 sq foot house would not be acceptable and must be demolished!

I live on Nantucket now, where this sort of thing happens, sadly, all the time. I fondly remember this beautiful old farm and think it would be a crime to let it go without a fight.

I was born and raised in Greenwich. The demolition of historic houses needs to stop. Foreign countries don't have respect for our history. Apparently this house has been well maintained. There is no reason to tear it down.

This is appalling, a tragic loss of our town's character is being whittled away. The proposed demolition of Hobby Horse Farm defies common sense. This is one of our great Greek Revival-era estate farms! Greenwich, Connecticut known as a land of rolling hills, farms, estates, nature preserves, orchards, cascading brooks, and dazzling autumns is being turned into a demolition waste land.

This Historical house should be preserved. Greenwich is slowly losing it's historical presence and value by having tear downs. This is a beautiful house on beautiful land.
