What effects one part of hwy 9 in Milton effects everyone living alongside hwy 9. Any additional home sites will increase traffic congestion even more than it is now.

I am not against development of this land with similar average density to the surrounding area, but I oppose the high density project being requested by the developer.

I take no issue with the development of the subject parcels, provided that they be developed in accordance with the existing development requirements and constraints. The existing development requirements and constraints were implemented to ensure that something like the proposed development does not happen and to ensure that future development does not adversely impact the nature of the surrounding neighborhoods and communities. I am strongly opposed to granting variances or otherwise reducing the development requirements and constraints. This would constitute a hand-out to tge developer at the expense of the existing community residents and taxpayers.

Do not build these townhomes and roundabout. It would be a mistake.

Totally against unless lake laurel gets a traffic light at our entrance. We are too congested at the curve on hwy 9. Already dangerous to get out of lake laurel neighborhood.

Lake Laurel homeowner. Milton is already overcrowded.

This part of Milton cannot handle anymore traffic. Any of the businesses (RISPA) or any of the neighborhoods going southbound on Hwy 9 it is already challenging enough. PLEASE NO.

No high density housing! We have enough and the traffic is already bad, not to mention quality of living in the area is declining.
