Why? It ruins the land between 5 acres and CC. Where is the water coming from?

I oppose this construction proposal, this area already struggles with traffic issues.

We established the City of Milton to prevent over development. Please don’t let the people down.

No way! Let’s keep Milton Milton. Not Townhome City Alpharetta!

I do not approve of the construction of new townhomes. Our community already struggles with heavy traffic and we have lost multiple trees due to road construction.

I am concerned that we will have more people sneaking in to use the amenities that we all pay for as crooked creek homeowners.

More traffic and too much loss of nature already from Highway 9 widening.

Building townhouses at this location is incompatible with all the surrounding neighborhoods

I do not see this as a positive change

Why the city would approve losing all the natural wooded landscape is beyond me. With all the construction yet to happen on Hwy. 9, it seems like they haven’t given this much thought.

Please keep the rural space between crooked creek & 5 Acres road. Too much overbuilding will stress the system not to mention the affect on the environment. Enough has been disturbed with expanding highway 9. P

Do not want. HWY 9 has way too much traffic already.
