I live in this area to be away from this exact issue!

No to townhomes, yes to single family houses.

Traffic and safety would be the results is allowed

Slow down the frowth in Cumming and no townhomes. It devalues our property

Not in the best interests of our Milton Community. Much density for an already crowded area.

No high density housing is needed in that area

Please keep Milton rural and stuck with low density plans.

The original charter of this area of Milton, (was Alpharetta in 2006 ) is to preserve and be low density. Townhomes in this area is high density and goes against this charter.

Cmon Alpharetta please show you actually care about your tax payers as humans instead of collecting taxes

I oppose the building of this development. The reasons are clearly outlined in the brief.

Light industrial/residential zoning does not mean it needs to be Trashville. The entire strip of Hwy 9 from Windward to exit 14 looks like crap. Get hwy 9 completed and all secondary roads in good condition before you approve any new building. Get those gosh awful billboards off Hwy 9 and keep them off. Get every property owner on Hwy 9 to improve and maintain their property before you build anything else.

No high density development on this dangerous curve of Highway 9. Keep Milton Milton is what everyone on council runs on--keep your promises and vote NO.

Already overcrowded in this area, vote "No"

I live across from the Crooked Creek subdivision and it already backs up significantly on Hwy 9. In addition to the planned changes to Hwy 9 this would put a significant amount of stress on our infrastructure.

I 100% oppose building this high density property adjacent to 5 acre road !
