5 Acre Rd- 20 Townhouses

I am not in favor of these townhouses being built next to Crooked Creek

I strongly oppose the addition of high density townhomes at this location. It will only add to the congestion in the vicinity and is in direct contrast to everything that makes Milton great.

There is way too many developer sites going on in MIlton, John's Creek etc. and even now with only demolition going on in the area, McGinnis Ferry has become like Holcomb Bridge. Each day moving west I count 100+ cars trying to get over to the 400. Yet they are working on the road on Douglas. This has to stop now and we need to make a stand on further development.

Townhomes would ruin the beautiful neighborhood and surrounding community

Too much building going on is ruining this area. Traffic is already a nightmare!

Finish hwy 9 before you build more

This project is not a good fit for this property. High density townhomes in this area of Milton is a spot zoning issue and would not be considered the highest and best use of the property for the City of Milton and neighboring areas. This use differs significantly from the surrounding area, for the benefit of the property owner creating an anomaly in the overall zoning plan and undermines the purpose of the organized land use plan for Milton. Please do not approve this proposal in the interest of the future of the City of Milton.

20 homes on 3.87 acres does not reflect the neighborhood's current density or expected use of the land.

This is far too much density for this dangerous curve on Hwy 9. The DOT has designated this curve as being dangerous and has plans to median the road due to the severity of the road design at this location and all the tributary roads contributing to the congestion. This is a dangerous proposition for all residents and for the City of Milton and will negatively impact our quality of life as well as our home values and strip the City of Milton from it core resource of low density land developments.

Five Acre Rd. represents the beauty of Milton. Allowing naturally wooded tree canopy areas to thrive with lower density development is the correct path forward for the City of Milton. Please don't allow this high density townhome project to destroy our precious resources. Consider the beauty of Milton and safeguard it's future by voting NO on this proposal. It is far better to be regarded as the City Counsel that protects and ensures our land and home values rather than the other way around. Thank you

Way too much density for that area of highway 9

Signing this as the overdevelopment in the Milton/Alpharetta area has got to stop!!! We are too crowded, save the natural beauty of this area!!

Stop the madness. Alll these high density low acreage housing projects is killing our communities. When we moved here we loved 5 Acres but out of our price range. After all these years we find it to be a special enclave but watching the community being choked out from commercial and residential space not to mention the reckless expansion of Highway 9. Come on elected officials, it's ok to say no.

Please DO NOT build town homes in this area.

Put single family homes in, reduce car traffic
